Woven-to-Order SALE Rug Collection

Terms & Conditions: All Sale orders must be paid in full, with all order details communicated to the Elizabeth Eakins studio by October 4th. All sales are FINAL – no returns, exchanges or credits.

Our Sale order forms note the direction the pattern is woven (ie stripes run along the length of the rug).  Please review carefully to ensure your dimensions and pattern direction are correct before ordering.

All applicable state and local sales tax is required to be paid at the time of sale. No resale certificates will be accepted to exempt tax for sale orders. Sales tax is subject to change based on the delivery address.  If additional sales tax is due, it must be paid prior to shipping. 

Rug samples are available at no cost to interior design trade profesionals with registered accounts through Elizabeth Eakins / Holland & Sherry Showrooms. Rug samples are $25 each for retail clients.

Elizabeth’s Cloth SALE leadtime: Rugs will be ready to ship from our Connecticut Studio Mid-to-End February.

No design customization is offered for sale orders. Clients will not receive a CAD for the order, all rugs will be made to the standard design layout, scale and color.  Clients will not receive a dyelot sample for approval.

Teff, Belden & Cotton SALE leadtime: Rugs will be ready to ship from our Connecticut Studio Mid-to-End March.

All Cotton, Belden & Teff rugs will be finished with a blind or reversible hem on ALL 4 SIDES.  We will be ordering large blankets and cutting multiple orders from a single blanket, so binding on top & bottom only will NOT be available.  Binding style & binding color must be selected upon placing the order. No design customization is offered for sale orders.

Rug Extras: Woven-to-Order Sale pricing is inclusive of finishing, but does not include rug pad, fibershield, local delivery or freight to your receiver. 

Durahold or Non-Skid Rug Pad: $3.00 / sqft

Fibershield: $2.50 / sqft

Latex Backing for stair or wall-to-wall installation: $5.00 / sqft

Shipping: Elizabeth Eakins offers white glove delivery and spread to client residences in NY, NJ, CT & MASS. Outside our immediate area, all finished rugs will be shipped via freight delivery to a receiving warehouse.  Shipping address must be provided at the time of order.  We do not ship to residences outside of our immediate area.

Storage: We understand there are numerous issues that can delay installation.  Once a rug is completed, we will store it in our warehouse for 30 days gratis.  If a rug is stored in our warehouse over 30-days, we will charge a montly storage fee of $250 per rug until the rug ships.  Storage fee’s will need to be paid before releasing the rug to ship.
